Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the free prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase necessary. Each quote received by Policyfast, City Underwriters Limited and Senior Wright will automatically be entered into the draw.
3. Please inform us by email if you want to opt out.
4. Quotes received between 06/04/2022 until 5pm 29/4/2021 will be entered into the draw.
5. This free prize draw applies to business quotes only (not enquiries nor request for quotes)
6. The winner will be drawn at random the week of on 02/05/2022 and the winner notified by email.
7. The winner will receive a voucher for a Virgin Monster Digger Experience, available in 3 locations across the country. There is no cash prize alternative. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if necessary.
8. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
9. The winner agrees to take part in post event publicity on Policyfast and City Underwriters LinkedIn accounts and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.

11. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. By entering this competition, you confirm that you are permitted by your company’s policies to receive prizes of this value.
13. This competition is not open to Jensten staff or relations of Jensten staff who work for a broker that trades with the Jensten Group.
14. All personal information provided by the competition competitors, are protected by the UK Data Protection Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Please refer to the Jensten Group website for further information shown in the Privacy Policy.
15. In the event of any personal injury resulting from the pleasure and enjoyment of the Monster Digger Experience, the competition winner should contact the Monster Digger Experience company, and not the competition sponsors, Jensten Group Limited.
16. The centres contracted with Virgin hold public liability insurance. They also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
